Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime — you'll retain access until the end of your billing period. Annual plans are non-refundable after 14 days, but you can cancel future renewals.
How does the AI matching engine work?
Professional and Institutional members submit their project profile or investor thesis. Our AI scores each against the full network of counterparties across geography, sector, capital range, and impact alignment — returning ranked matches with reasoning.
Is my deal information kept confidential?
Yes. Your profile, documents, and match results are private by default. AgriNexus is a wholly owned subsidiary of The Sarnian Group and operates under strict data governance standards.
What happens to my Explorer matches if I don't upgrade?
Explorer accounts are limited to 3 AI matches per month. When you hit the limit, you'll see a prompt to upgrade. Your existing matches and saved deals are preserved — you can pick up where you left off any time.
Do you offer discounts for nonprofits or early-stage ventures?
